Delivery & returns
Cards are fragile and postage is where most sellers cut corners. We don't. Every order goes tracked in rigid packaging, and if something is wrong we put it right.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day; everything else goes the next working day. You receive tracking as soon as it is scanned.
How we pack
- Raw singles: penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, then a rigid mailer with a "do not bend" mark.
- Graded slabs: bubble sleeve, rigid box, void fill so the slab cannot move.
- Bundles and master sets: sorted in set order, sleeved, boxed and cushioned.
Returns
Singles and graded cards are sold as described, with photographs of the exact card front and back, so you can see precisely what you are buying. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on singles or graded cards. If a card arrives damaged, or is not as described, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will refund in full including postage, or replace where we can. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
Sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is unopened and in the condition it arrived; we refund the item price once it is back with us.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
