Where the sale happens
Right now you buy by asking: choose a card, send the pre-filled message, and we confirm availability and send a secure payment link (PayPal or card). The sale is made when payment is received. When our own storefront launches, purchases made there will be governed by these terms and the storefront's checkout terms.
Condition and description
Cards are Near Mint or better unless the listing states otherwise. Where a card is below Near Mint, the listing title and description say so and photographs show the flaws. Listing photographs are of the exact card supplied. Official card artwork shown on this website is for browsing reference only.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by secure payment link or, when live, at our storefront checkout. Trade and wholesale purchases are by bank transfer on terms agreed in writing.
Delivery
UK delivery is tracked, charged once per order at the rate shown at checkout (Standard or Express). Dispatch target is one working day. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full details on the delivery page.
Returns
Singles and graded cards are sold as described, with photographs of the exact card, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns on them. Unopened sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery in the condition it arrived. If any item is damaged in transit or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we refund in full including postage, or replace where possible. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Buying from you
Offers we make for cards you sell to us are based on our inspection and current market data, and are confirmed once the cards are received and checked. If cards differ from their description we will tell you and either revise the offer or return them at our cost.
Trade accounts
Trade and wholesale purchases and supply arrangements are governed by the written terms agreed with each supplier or customer, which take precedence over these consumer terms.
Intellectual property
Pokémon, Pokémon character names and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. Chase The Hits is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
