What condition are your cards?
Near Mint or better unless the listing says otherwise. That means pack fresh: no visible whitening, scratches or print lines under normal light. Minor factory holo texture is not a defect. Anything lower is stated in the title, described and photographed.
Are the photos of the actual card?
On every listing, yes: front and back of the exact card you receive. On this website we also show official card artwork so you can browse cleanly; the listing photos are what you are buying.
How do you price graded slabs?
Against sold comparables for the exact card and grade from the last 90 days, adjusted for the individual slab (centring, case condition). ACE 10 is priced to its own market, not passed off at PSA 10 money.
Are your cards genuine?
Yes. Singles come from our own openings, filmed. Graded slabs are checked against the grader's certificate database, and label, case and card are inspected before listing. We do not sell proxies, reprints or "custom" cards.
How do I buy?
Hit "Buy" on any card. That opens a short message to us with the card and price filled in; we confirm it is still available and send you a secure payment link (PayPal or card). Cards are dispatched the next working day after payment. Our own storefront with instant checkout is launching next.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is tracked and calculated at checkout: Standard (3 to 5 working days) or Express (1 to 2 working days), one charge per order however many cards you add. Full details on the delivery page.
How fast do you dispatch?
Orders before 2pm Monday to Friday usually go the same day; otherwise the next working day. Tracking is sent as soon as it is scanned.
Do you ship internationally?
On request. Contact us before ordering and we will quote a tracked service.
What is your returns policy?
Singles and graded cards are sold as described with front and back photos, so there are no change-of-mind returns on those. If anything is damaged or not as described, tell us within 14 days and we refund in full including postage. Unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days. Details here.
Do you buy cards?
Yes: graded slabs, chase singles, binders, bulk and sealed product. Use the sell page and we come back with an offer based on live sold data, usually within one working day.
Do you buy at trade volume?
Yes. Sealed by the case, graded lots and bulk singles. Details on the trade page.
